Comprehensive insight into your loved one’s overall wellbeing. Scored as stated by client
Track mood, sleep, appetite, mobility & hydration
Energy levels/steps (if they have a measuring device such as apple watch)
Appointment attendance.
Cleanliness of environment
Spot early signs of behavior or routine changes
# of times in a week spent doing hobbies.
Send weekly wellness summaries to family
Note: Data will need to be collected over 1-2 months to show a trend.
Data is collected based on a 0-5 scale or measuring device as appropriate.
